Legends Care works alongside Tuition Time, ILM Academy and The Better Half at our hubs. During enrolment, families can discuss suitable options such as academic support, faith-based learning and cookery activities. Availability depends on the child’s age, needs, location, timetable, staffing and suitability.

Optional services available through our hubs

Depending on the location and timetable, families may also discuss academic support through Tuition Time, faith-based learning through ILM Academy, and cookery activities through The Better Half. These are optional additions and are not automatically included in every care package.

A personalised care plan sets your child's preferences and priorities. It is not clinical, therapeutic, specialist educational or one-to-one provision. We agree a realistic balance together and review it once your child has settled in.

help with costs

You may be entitled to help with childcare costs

Depending on your circumstances, support may be available through Universal Credit childcare costs, Tax-Free Childcare or Student Finance Childcare Grant. Eligibility is decided by the relevant government scheme, not by Legends Care. We can explain our fees and provide the information you need to explore your options.

What ages do you accept?

Legends Care is for children and young people aged 5-16.

How is the care plan agreed?

At enrolment we talk through your child's school, routines, interests, confidence and support needs, then agree realistic priorities together.

Do all activities run every day?

No. Preferences guide the plan, while activities remain subject to the daily timetable, staffing and suitability.

Can I get help with the cost?

Eligible families may be able to use government childcare support. Families without external childcare funding may qualify for our community-supported rates.
