Supporting Huddersfield families since 2014

Since 2014, Tuition Time Hub has supported children and families across Huddersfield through education, care and community programmes.
While our name has evolved to better reflect our growing community, our core mission remains entirely unchanged.

This new chapter represents our ongoing commitment to quality. As we look to the future, we carry forward the trusted foundation we've built alongside parents, educators, and the vibrant children who inspire us every day.

Legends Care is a trading name of Tuition Time Hub. It is not a separate childcare provider. Tuition Time Hub has supported children and families across Huddersfield since 2014 and has delivered childcare, holiday provision and educational support for many years.

We introduced the Legends Care name to give our morning, after-school and holiday-care services a clearer, more recognisable identity. It helps parents distinguish our childcare provision from Tuition Time Hub’s other services while retaining the same local experience, systems and values behind it.

The name is new. The organisation and experience behind the care are not.

Specialist Support

Legends Care works alongside Tuition Time, ILM Academy and The Better Half at our hubs. During enrolment, families can discuss suitable options such as academic support, faith-based learning and cookery activities. Availability depends on the child’s age, needs, location, timetable, staffing and suitability.

Tuition Time Hub & ILM Academy have earned the Dingley’s Promise Mark of Achievement as an Inclusion Friendly Setting. Legends Care operates from these hubs and draws on that inclusive practice

Faith-based learning for children, teens and adults, offering Qaida & Quran recitation, Islamic Studies, girls’ teen classes, and much more.

Culinary School

Providing healthy, balanced meals while helping children, teens and adults build confidence, practical cookery skills and healthier habits for life.

Choosing childcare is a serious decision. Here are the registrations, standards and local experience behind the care we provide to Huddersfield families.

Ofsted-registered childcare

Our childcare is delivered through two Ofsted-registered Tuition Time Hub settings:

Enhanced DBS checks

Team members working directly with children are subject to the appropriate safer-recruitment and Enhanced DBS checking procedures.

Safeguarding comes first

Clear safeguarding procedures, responsible supervision and careful staff recruitment are built into the way our childcare operates.

Paediatric first aid

Our team includes staff with paediatric first-aid training, with appropriate first-aid cover maintained during childcare sessions.

Inclusive practice

Our team has completed at Tuition Time Hub & ILM Academy have earned the Dingley’s Promise Mark of Achievement as an Inclusion Friendly Setting. Legends Care operates from these hubs and draws on that inclusive practice and training.

Legends Care is a trading name of Tuition Time Hub. Each childcare setting operates under its own published Ofsted registration. The hub has supported children and families in Huddersfield since 2014.
