The Morning session

A settled start before the school run

Morning care runs from 7:30am to 9:00am for children and young people aged 5-16 at Willow Lane and Oak House.

£14 per session, or £9 for families receiving the community-supported rate.

Families who do not receive external childcare funding may qualify for our 35% community support discount. The published community prices are rounded. Eligibility is confirmed during enrolment.

You may be entitled to help with childcare costs

Depending on your circumstances, support may be available through Universal Credit childcare costs, Tax-Free Childcare or Student Finance Childcare Grant. Eligibility is decided by the relevant government scheme, not by Legends Care. We can explain our fees and provide the information you need to explore your options.

Morning-care questions

What ages do you accept?

Legends Care is for children and young people aged 5-16.

Which schools do you collect from?

Willow Lane serves Birkby Infant and Birkby Junior. Oak House serves Spring Grove and Brambles Primary Academy.

What time are you open?

Morning care runs from 7:30am to 9:00am. After-school care runs from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, with extended care available until 6:30pm. Holiday full-day care runs from 7:30am to 6:30pm on published club dates.

Can I book individual days?

Yes. Flexible sessions are available alongside monthly memberships, subject to place availability.

Can I get help with the cost?

Eligible families may be able to use government childcare support. Families without external childcare funding may qualify for our community-supported rates.
